Hello,
 
I intended to start the quest "Advertising is a key point" for quite a while now but it just keeps saying the quest is unavailable. I have finished all other quests and I meet the receive condition as well. I just can't start this quest because it says unavailable. I have never started it before, so it should be available!
 
What is keeping me from starting this quest?

The second level quests are created for those players who have 3~10 level in major skill. ...

Yes. no more that 10 points in major skill.
I also did not complete most of 2nd level quests, because of this restriction..

Hmmm, I think this limitation isn't there for all of the 2nd level quests. I completed all of them except for that advertising is key point quest and I completed the science quest just 2 or 3 days ago. Maybe it's not more than 10 science points only for this particular quest.

I've missed out two of the quests, although at this stage, the only real consequence is the loss in experience, losing 3 million in cash is pretty much close to nothing.

Yeah, the money didn't matter, but as you say the experience is well worth it. Also the key advertising quests gives you a free 90 day subscription to logo :-)

indeed, the problem is that you qualification in marketing is to high, it cannot be higher than 10 in order for you to be able to take part in the quest
