I think there should be a economic court in the game to enforce the laws of the game and to stop things such as Collusion... although Collusion should be allowed, i think that if ppl come forward with evidence of Collusion and the companies involved are found guilty, then the companys involved in Collusion should be held accountable in court (court in the game) and should be fined accordingly (maybe say 30% of all profits, and 10% of all assets; payable in cash of course) and maybe the cash can go to a virtual charity such as "Save the Blue Fin Tuna" or "Feed the hungry" ;)
I think this will really help in stopping the "Corporate Fat Cats" from bullying the small fish ;) It would make the game quite realistic then
