The Games should have a statement of tax level and rate for every country and region plus some tutorial.
I'm always confused on where to build with lower tax level. Japan are mark with high tax but when I try to start to build an office the tax rate actually show 25%. Whereby Kazakhstan have a average tax level have almost the same tax level like Japan.
