This is just a suggestion, but i think would help me quite a bit -

the management page currently has multi-colours, denoting different levels of employee qualification and equipment quality.

i think it would help a lot if the colours are different --- say red --- if the installed equipment quality is lower than required, and the employee qualification is lower than required.

when i use the management page to mass repair office, lab and factory equipment, i sometimes miss and have the equipment and workers mismatch with the requirements.

having different colours would be a great help ---- please consider
