I registered in a tender (i think it was no 688) that should have ended today, but i can't find it anymore. No results, nothing.
It was about top service in South Kazakhstan, Almaty, 100m store.

If i convert virts to gamepoints, i still can take part in tenders that require you to have less than 10 virts?
