To me the letter of the following maintenance -"You've won the tender №714! Unfortunately you weren't registered to participate in that tender and you haven't won 3 VIRTs" - the reference to game administration has come - you will help the beginner, having given at least 1 virt?Well

i have the same message, i won 2 tender but not register because im not qualified (exceed the virts limit for amateur)...
I think you won get anything but if you did thats a good news for you..Very we!

I have less than 10 virts, but still i can participate in 3 Virts tenders...
 

1 to 10=1Virts tender/3 Virts tender
10 to ??=5Virts tender

eVVe.. this matter its not related to "buying some point".. you can't buy virts, and game points do not count to qualify for the tenders.
