I told myself the day before this update.  That I keep an eye on the synthetic fiber and I had 6000 synthetic fiber ready for the required 4300k(estimated) synthetic fiber.  Not only the update consume what was required but also consummed the remaining 1500(estimated) synthetic fiber.   The rest of my supplies I had abundance of so we didnt have to worry about not having enough supplies.  
 
I kept eye on this chemical factory because its been several updates where it didnt produce any carbon fibers at all.  Now this update it produce 1310 far off from the 15000-25000k carbon fibers from the 3050 workers on duty.
 

Yeah true story (No production exists) and it will consume the supplies also.

I believe it causes problems in the factory if one of the required goods is available for purchase.

That’s right, the problem was that the synthetic fabric, which was kept on factory as raw material, was sold as a independent product. It can be avoided by setting the label NOT FOR SALE beside those products required for production.

it is a common issue in the chemical factory because one product is needed to produce the other, it can't be sold at the same time.
