Hello administrators!
 
In the 100000m2 store there are 300 store assistants (I didn't change the number after the last update) with the required number of 243. Yesterday the actual number of assistants was also greater than the required one.
However the service level is low. The assistants have the minimal required qualification.
 
Low
Store assistants don’t have time to serve all customers.
Many customers leave very disappointed since they couldn’t buy anything.
Try to hire more store assistants.

The thing is that personnel efficiency and the quality of service are different parameters. Service quality significantly influences saturated markets with high competition. In this case the parameter may significantly influence sales. On saturated markets a crucial factor is a number of visitants, quality of service is not that important. So, there is no mistake and in order to increase the quality of service (if it is really necessary) you have to hire extra sales men or increase the qualification of the ones that you already have.

i have a similar expericence with several stores just this 2 days... seems that market saturation is happening very, very fast and with big %! Is there no chance we will get back required qualification data for stores and offices visible in work efficiency link?
