no worries... you will see it tomorrow after the first update and the joining is automatic when you reach level 5 Management on day 14

Can i ask what is the contest for managers? Tenders? And where i can join it?

Contest for managers - contest only for new players. IF they reach 5 qualification in Management in 14 days and 10 qualification in Management in 1 month after their company registration then they could win a lot of virts and became participants of new contests for them with much higher prizes. You can read about in on russian forum of virtonomics.
