I saw this morning that the person on 1st place wasn't registered to tender...so i'm on second place and registered...but didn't get any virts ... why is that? yesterday i didn't get it 10 (because i didn't have level 10 in management - by the way, this is nonsence) and today happened this...

i'm losing my faith in you guys...you promise something and then what we get? nothing Not so

rule No.7 for tenders:

In order to participate in tendering one has to register. The ranking is calculated for all companies, not only for registered ones. If an unregistered participant wins the tender, the prize is returned to the budget;

well this is stupid...you should change this for just registered company can participate...in the begining this tenders sounded awsome, but now, it's crap...sorry
