Raise your qualification with points then you will be able to win the virts.
 
Even with a qualification of 1 it will only cost 10 points.
 
1-2 costs 1 point
2-3 costs 1 point
3-4 costs 1 point
4-5 costs 1 point

6-7 costs 1 point
7-8 costs 1 point
8-9 costs 1 point
9-10 costs 2 points
 
1 virt = 1 point so you only have to win 2 tenders to get the points back + if you buy points you get an entry into the daily draw for virts so you could win more.
 
For the longer term players who have raised their qualification it will cost even less points.
 
For turkbostjan it will cost 2 points and he is already close to winning some tenders.

Fractal, this is what is written in the rules but it is not reliable: 4-6 weeks ago i added several game point to some qualifications but i only got 0.6-0.8 increase.

I was in a position to win a tender yesterday so I used points.
 
It cost me 4 points to go from 7 to 10 so I just assumed it worked properly.
 
If people are going to do this I'd recommend double checking the numbers before you confirm.

i have the same mistake. i win the tender competition but i lack the level 10 management so i did not get the VIRTS...
so sad....
