Why is the Eff. So low at my 100k Store? I have 7000 Employees/ 25 in Commerce (27+ my MBA)
I have 1x a 100K store Eff. 60%
10x a 10K store only one of those is at 100% others are all below 85% (max Employees)

you've got too many employees and your top manager doesn't manage this number, 7000 is defenitely way too much, you have to fire some and the efficiency should go up. as for the store with high efficiency, the number of enployees is not too big there, that's why you have no problems with it.
