I have in almost all of my stores medium effiency but i have level of commerce 10 at qualifications. also it said to me :
 
In order to improve store efficiency you must raise top-manager's qualification in field of Commerce.
Perhaps, your store has too many employees.
Top-manager's qualification in field of Commerce may itself increase, in case if stores are stable and profitable.
 
they are 10.000 sq m, have 40-60 employes and high qualificated workers and are profitable.
 
can anyone tell me what should i do? because it said also : Your store service level is very high, however particular customers suppose that store management doesn't care about further improvement of service quality and therefore needs to raise qualification.
 
it's frustrating me because i can't raise up my profit Not so

last time i had that message, i fired some employees.  been keeping track of number of employees Vs number of visitors and turnover and there seems to be some correlation, even when store efficiency stays the same.
 
'optimum' number of workers also seem to differ between my two stores even though they have the same area, and are both in the City Center.
 
agree the messages are confusing/conflicting.

i did thaat - fired employes but the next day the message is the same...i really don't know what to do. and i have almost 20 stores and it's taking me to much time to tune up every single one Not so

Explanations that you get for your store are automatically generated, not always precise and are more like recommendations, than real advices. Take any store, this for example: http://virtonomica.ru/mary/main/unit/view/2311290 ...
The overall efficiency is reduced 'cause of the law top manager efficiency.
In stores top manager efficiency depends on the characters's commerce qualification, the amount of employees and their qualification, store size, other subdivisions amount in management.
You can increase a manager's qualification by:
1. raising commerce qualification
2. lowering the employees amount and their qualification
3. reducing the enterprises amount

What can we expect from this "suggestions" ? I have a shop today that says both these at the same time:
 
"High  Sometimes store assistants don't have enough time to serve all customers. Try to hire more employees."
 
AND
 
Efficiency of your store is high   ...  Perhaps, your store has too many employees.
 

Aside of these confusing system-messages (caused by a 3rd degree cousin of the karma bug), the shops is a place where cat bites into its own tail, literally speaking : if you sell more, you gotta hire more workers, and if you do that it will reduce the top manager efficiency.
 
Because of this reason and coz i need my stores to make $$ i decided to add workers slowly at any time my staff efficiency is below 100% and ignore the top manager efficiency for the shops. At the same time i have improved the relation of my products to the market average PQB Price, quality, brand, and this has improved sales much more.
