if i try to close an enterprise, it has a total for 'Assets cost' as well as a 'Cost of enterprise closing' amount.

would i 'lose' all the assets cost PLUS pay the cost of closing the enterprise?

is that why there is often a discount when people sell enterprises?

If you close your enterprise its assets diminish and you also have to pay some for its liquidation. That's why many people try to sell their enterprises instead of closing them.
