those are bad employees! I am not sure what it means for this game: poorly qualified staff is hard-selling OR overly qualified staff ?

When u have this message "excessive obstrusive" it usually means that ur employees are not working to the required standard. A common reason is because the employee has too much workload for one person, so therefore efficency goes down.

Eclarim are you sure it's because of a lack of employees and not because of having too many It's just that if you're obstrusive then basically you're intruding.

Adding staff or increasing staff qualification should get rid of the "excessive obstrusive" message. Maybe you did not add enough staff?
If staff efficiency is 95%+ you will only need 1 or 2 more workers, lower efficiency will need more.
Increasing wages can help also, but can be more expensive than just adding extra staff.
 
"Your store service level is very high, but you could increase sales volume
by means of improving general efficiency of the store."
 
This message means you have too many staff. Same as with "excessive obstrusive", the number of staff depends on the efficiency. The lower the efficiency, the more staff you need to fire.

Hi Fractal... I've been struggling with these shops since ever, it seems to get better, finally, thanks to your info.
But i still failed the 2. Quest because of efficiency
 
Sometimes this message appears: "Your store service level is very high, however particular customers suppose that store management doesn't care about further improvement of service quality and therefore needs to raise qualification"
 
Does it mean i have to increase staff qualification or are there also to many staff? Or does it mean just wait until TM recovers? Thanks again.. and sorry there's no function for paying you consultancy fee for your helpfulness

That message means you need to raise the staff qualification, but staff numbers are about right.
Raise the salary or train your staff. The extra qualification required depends on a lot of things, but efficiency is the best guide. If efficiency is close to 100% you only need a small increase, lower efficiency needs more.
 
Employees for stores is a tricky subject as they are all different. I have some stores with 30% more staff than others of the same size, and some with 10% less staff than larger stores.
 
All I can suggest to others having problems is try and follow the hints you get on the main store screen, use efficiency as a guide to the magnitude of change, and once you get your store to 100% try to match the changes you make with your store to the changes you make with your staff.
Eg. Store 500m2 increase to 1000m2 is doubling in size, so double your staff. You may also need extra if they were trained when the store was 500m2.

can i ask a question here? if i have 100 workers, and i send all of them to training, will they still perform their work? or my factory will stop operating until they finish their training. thanks.

Employees still work while they are training, it does not interrupt your store's operation.

I don't know if you meant to say store. But i've found that training employees in factory costs more than you save and i find that just raising their salary is often the way to go (especially if their current pay is below the city average)

I get the same message, however my store has the required quantity of staff. I cannot fire any more staff can I?
 
Could main office inefficiency or advertising inefficiency also results this message? My office efficiency is 80% and advertising efficiency is 64%. However the store staff efficiency is 100%.
