I have a subdivision that used to be successful. People now demand much higher quality goods, and I can't afford to work in that quality. I want to shut the subdivision down. How should I do this?

I feel like I should shut down the production side first (stopping supply and firing employees) and give people I'm supplying notices about the upcoming closure.
