Hi there,
 
I relatively new to the game and i have a question.
 
I'm playing for 8 days now and i never had any problem to enlarge my store size uptil now.
My costumer service dropped because my store is to small, but when i try to upgrade it nothing happens.
Can you help me out?

Are you still in sweden?
 
if your still in sweden the maximum size for stores are limited to 1000 Sq/m. So, if you wanna adjust size higher you gotta first Create a new office wherever you want and then create an new store in the office region.
 
or else it is something about your Commerce qualification being too low to manage that size.
 
I would recommend using the Analytics -> Market Analysis and find a product your gonna sell and find a suitable  city for you.
