1) If say I wanted to open up a service center in a region like this.

Number of merchants:1
Number of companies:1

I noticed that the merchant is in the city center, and there are none in residential. Would it be wise to open up shop say in a residential district in that region then?

2) When I view my store and it says % occupancy 1.59 . Does that mean the available storage for my products? Or the amount of people it can hold. Confused by that.

3) Is it wise in the beginning to build quickly, or slowly. I see that I get roughly a million a day from the daily bonuses.
