I'm currently paying $15Bn a day in custom duties. Deloitte & Such have offered me their services to lower this bill in return for some hefty fees. I think I should be able to do this myself though. However, I'm experiencing some difficulties in generating an overview of where I'm paying these customs // what I'm paying them for...

Indeed - customs is very nasty to manage. My approach so far is to avoid it from the start... I don't know either how to analyze the status-quo.
