Hello, it seems there is no restart button and I've got this in Restart Page:
 
In order to counteract fraud, in case if you want to restart a company with more than 1 000 million assets, you need a special permission from Administration. You have to contact our Service support. Administration has a right to refuse your request without any explanations. Before sending a request for restart, make sure you have read the rules.

My questions are:
1. Can I not restart by my own?
2. If I would like to restart, will my Game Points (GP) be gone or still retained?
