I didnt found the formula for calculate the quality of a final product

i bought a licence lvl 8 to have aoroud a quality of 15 to my Waffle
My workers are enough skilled
i have the right machine

now i need to know the quality of raw materiels i must buy to have the right quality

i can see its too expensive to have grapes > 1 quality and quality of flour > 7 cost to much too

So ?
