Why is it that there is a default contract suspension when the product price increases by 10% inside the company ? I get it when it's an outside supplier, but automatically suspending the supplies inside the company doesn't make much sense. When you drastically change price at you factories or warehouses, if you have that clause on, you're good to go check all your contracts in your other subdivisions using that resource. It's a waste of time.
Back in the days, the clause wans't present for purchases inside the company. Of course, you can cancel that clause when you start the contract, or afterwards, but you don't always think about it. I believe it should be cancelled by default when it's about sales inside the company.
