In case you checked the required size and technology - maybe a UI bug?
-> try switching to "old" UI style.
 
Or maybe it makes a difference to own the "technology" vs only a "license"? ...not sure.

In this case, the source does not matter how the license was acquired at the factory. These are the bugs of the new super-masterpiece (interface)
