I'm curious why some cities allow me to have huge stores while others do not e.g. Tallin 10 size is max.
 
Whare can I find some information about how big a store can be in city of X?
 
If my store reaches the point in which service is only Very High - is there an option to fix that when my store is max size? Should I open a new one?

And do you have any tips on what to do when I max out store size and the service falls from Elite to just very high? Are there any ways to combat this?
