I am not sure why this site doesn't have a more efficient way to cancel subscriptions to services. There is no phone number to speak with someone directly. The only way of contact is via message through site. I did receive a response back from agents but it was very vague and not helpful. From prior reviews, I am seeing a lot of people being charged for services they thought they had cancelled. Can anyone help me to cancel my subscription completely? I am done with the game as it was required for a college course I was taking. Thank you!
