I have a low service level. The game suggests me to add more employees but if I do, my top manager efficiency will go down.

Also, my profitability is only 19% (around $4000 profit) when my other store in another region is 462%. I don't know if it's a low price or if it's something else. It says "The use of trade hall space is ineffective". How do I fix that?

The ad campaign of the store is not effective
The service level at the store is less than maximum
I'm getting profit but my advertising efficiency is 61.94%

Hi Frocalo,
yep can be confusing when starting out.
Top Mgmt: The size/scale of your establishments is restricted. For stores this is i.e. size/area and nr. of employees. Once you use too many, TopMgr Efficiency drops below 100% (=not good). Your maximum allowed depends on your own "Qualification". "Management" qualification is relevant for all activities, "Retail" qualification for your stores.

Suggest to check the stickies on top og the help forum: Tutorials, etc. There's quite some helpful information on "retail" and "stores".
