Hi everyone, I was checking my bank account's activities and then I saw that virtonomics took money for subscription without my knowledge and my permisson. I just subscribed for demo version of the game and it was just $1 as you all know. I already stopped to log in my virto account before the end date of my demo subscription. But unfortunately the money was gone for twice. Does anyone know about the process of repayment? Can you help me about this problem, please?
