hi,
 
I'm currently at lvl. 30 for production and having issues with a factory of size 80 (with 8,000 workers). It says i do not have enough production qualification. Is there anywhere a table available with max size of factories for each production qualification level?

Hey i would try to answer your question
 

In your Factory there is an section called ''Top Manager'' Below this if you click on Forecast, it should show you Values
 
1.Maximum Value for which tech level you can use on factories
 
2.Maximum Value  for how high worker Qualification you can have on that particular factory (depending on size of factory)
 
3.Maximum Value of Total Workers in all Factories combined
 

Example on values on nr 2: IF you got an Factory of 5000 workers, and lets say you are Lv 41 production in total(bonus included)
Then you can have an factory which has 5k workers and upto 11.44 Qualifcation and use tech 18 according to that page.
 
So, try doing this for guidance. Not just you, but everyone who are in a similar situation.

Hi,  there's a sticky in the Q-and-A Forum: "Qualification growth. How it works". Check out the "Top3" table. Note: to my knowledge the Top1 & Top2 criteria have been abandoned.  
The TopManager-Qualification overview on the newUI will map each subdivision type to the respective qualification.
