Is it possible to produce 2 products in the same factory?

The short answer is no.
Some factories have multiple specialisations to choose from (different products and/or different materials used for production process), but any given factory can run only one specialisation at a time.
So for example if you want to produce T-shirts and baseball caps, then even though both are manufactured by clothing factory you will need two separate buildings
