While I was searching for info on multiple pickaxe, I stumbled upon this blog (http://www.blog.virtonomics.nl/) and found the Geppetto bonus set very interesting, since I'm already interested in a sawmill.
 
The blog mentioned the offer showed up after 30 days playing.  Does anybody know if that still exists?
