Hi !
 
I'm experiencing low growth in auto/gas station. The expected max growth is 3% but i'm only getting 2.1%. I tried to balance the number of workers in each sub-category and load q1 and q3, but it remained to be 2.1%. Any suggestions?

They all have normal or above normal service, and majority of them pay profit tax. I repaired equipment a few days ago which didn't change the growth at all Not so

I had a lot more workers in auto than gas earlier when i had 2.1% growth. Then i changed the ratio to almost 1:1, the growth is still 2.1%. This is what really bugs me...
 

just  counted, there are 4300 workers in auto and 4000 in gas. Without bonus, q3 supports 6000 workers, so as least 3000 each should be fine, no?
