thx for your reply. I still couldn't see the cause. Let me clarify the situation a bit:

In region A, I have officeA and storeA, In region B, i have officeB and storeB
first for offices, if i open 'Work efficiency' link at the bottom of the page, both offices have 100% 'Work efficiency' (the last orange item)
then for stores, if i open 'Work efficiency' link at the bottom of the page, storeA has 'Top manager efficiency' =100% while storeB has 'Top manager efficiency' =59% (the second last orange item)

The number of employees are well below the figures given in the table. So I am really confused now... |
