Hello guys,

If i make a factory with technology 1 which means my max quality will be 1.

In that case of Raw material 1 and equipment quality 1 too.. can i produce better quality with better qualified workers???

And My current equipment is going a very bad experience under ware and tare.. how do i repair it? or how do i stop it from being worn?

Concerning the wear and tear you can repair your equipment:

- Either you can do it directly from your subdivision: you have a link "Equipment" next to your wear and tear datas, click on it, then choose "Repair equipment" at the bottom of the page (otherwise by default you are going to buy new equipment). You are going to be directed to a supplier windows, choose the equipement according to the price and quality you are looking for.
- There is another way, better: in the menu "Company" you have a submenu "Management". By default you are going to arrive on the page of the equipment of all your subdvisions (that is why it is better for me, you can just take care -or to decide no to- of all your repairments for all your subdivisions). Check the box on the left of the subdivision in which you want to repair your equipment and click "Repair". You'll arrive on the supplier window.

cooler, by increasing tech your output quality will also increase. having quality 1 raw material works (you won't get the max quality, but it will increase), but you will always need the required quality for the equipment level. i produce almost all my high quality goods with raw material level 1 Well
