Do i only have to raise my qualification of employees if i upgrade the tech for my farm's ???
 
When i buy a license of tech 10 for example i only raise my Q for employees and not my grain supply or my animal Q.
Does that raise my quality ? Or do i also have to raise my forage quality ?

Yes, raising employees qualification is all you need to do when upgrading farm tech. There is no need to buy better grain or get better animals. Product quality will raise from tech level alone, and can be further increased with better animal/grain quality.
