Is there a possibility to calculate prime costs in advance for certain products such as oil, wood, chemical minerals etc. before actually buying a building? I can calculate the salary of course by checking the city education, average salary and subdivision worker requirements but I have no idea how to check energy costs for example.

Someone really needs to make well working English version of these cool sites. I'd do it with pleasure but unfortunately I am writing my final degree's exam at university this semester so I don't have enough time. Maybe in a little while I code it.
