Hey you guys ; I just made my first account , and i don't really know what to do :S - there are so many options and stuff and i'm completely lost. Is there some guide that will help me to get started , because i don't know how this thing works Very we!

First day don't build nothing, adjust the existing enterprises (hire employees, adjust the salaries to required, e.t.c) to have 100% efficiency. Buy some equipment for lab to get the required quality for indroduced technology (tech 2 need 2.30).
When you make a change wait for 15-20 min and check with work efficiency page (the link bottom left in enterprises's page) the efficiency you will have the next day.
Last must check your office efficiency after 40 min.
If you would have in all enterprises 100% efficiency, next day you will increase your top manager +1 in managment and you get supermanager (+2 in all topmanagers for 14 days).

Ok i adjusted the salaries , i have enough workers , but the efficiency is still 0% .
 
Do i have to whip them or something to start producing?

Its still 0% in "work efficiency" page? (link bottom left)
Now is 0% but you will want, after today's update,  be 100% (this you see with "work efficiency" page)
The game is turn based and not real time.
 
Also you can set your production, but if you hire workers for factories maybe you will need more employees in main office. Better wait tommorow, when your qualification in managment be +1 (or +3 if you get supermanager)
 
P.S. Build your office My Office->Office, you will get some money, and every time your qualification grow up, add items. You will have presents.

I don't know is it maybe because the required qualification of employees is 3.63 and my employees are only at 3.51?
