Hi there!

Is it possible to change specialisation of the agricultural farm - rice to grain for example?

If so, at what stages of the season (sowing, maturing, harvest) can these changes be made?

i think it's only possible in cities that have rice and grain...so if you have in city Hefei in China agricultural farm i think it's possible to change specialisation, because you have rice and grain there
