Hello. After I opened another store, the number of required employees in my main office jumped from a very small number to 24. This is unusual since with 4 workers the administrative load is only 60%~. Is is really caused by opening of a new store or by some other factors?

24 workers are definitely not the right amount. What gives?

Also I'm striving for near perfect efficiency and trying to complete the SuperManager quest, but the staff efficiency stays at 85.7% in both pictures, and even after I raised staff qualification it's still the same. What's the problem there?

I would also like to know what this is... I have one office with 100+ required workers and I get extremely low efficiency if I don't employ that many people, yet administrative load is a mere 2%.

Although you have a low 12 workers you have 7 division that adds to it.  You can also improve your administrative load in the future by buying better equipment.  Warehouses and the size of the store I believe that affects the number required as well.

It is a good thing to have low admin load in office with shops under it. It means you can advertise more before having to add extra staff to office.

2 of your stores are 500m2 - VLLord will have more accurate info, but I believe this is far too much for commerce qualification 1, even in residential area.

Warehouses have an office staff requirement (and add very little to admin load) even though they do not employ staff like stores or factories. There is really no need for a warehouse at the stage you are at in the game so my suggestion is to get rid of it.

If you get your subdivisions down to levels you can handle with your current qualification, you should see very good qualification growth. Increasing qualification from 1 to 2 can be done in only a day or two.

Hi, thanks for your suggestions guys.

To Fractal: I remember reading about VLLord's suggestion to another poster. Although I followed the in-game tips to increase trade hall of the stores. Guess that's not a good idea.

Yeah the warehouse has done more harm than good to me so far. In one turn I got 128k storage expenses for just 10 computers. Can't wait to get rid of it. Eyes in a heap

In game tips regarding trade hall and service level do not take players qualifications into account. You can make a lot more money by going bigger earlier but it will hamper your qualification growth and has the ability to cripple your company if you go too big.

I got rid of the warehouse and downsized all stores to 100m2. Those were some expensive lessons for trying to find the right pace of the game. Oops!
