I placed technology to sale recently and from
Management->Research screen looks like one was sold since: Sales: 1 (Profit: 32 164.74$).
But profit from sales does not appear in none of my reports (laboratory and common)
 
Also, how possible to know a reasonable sell price for licenses?

Most licenses have average prices if not then you are the first you would need to estimate or try buying a license and see the graphs
