Grain market offers reasonable price for only quality 1.
I am wondering whether worthy or not to invest into tech level and equipment quality of mills.
In other words the question is if possible to get high flour quality using the lowest grain quality?

Because currently i'm producing best quality flour, and i use grain 1.0 (on Mary)

The quality of your flour is going to be comprised of a few factors:

1. Tech level
2. Equipment
3. Workers
4. Input quality

I believe its an average of all 4. I could be wrong though. So if you have a tech level that allows for Q 6.5, your EQ at level 6.5, workers at level 3.0, and input at 1.0, it should average out to a Q3.5 item....Give or take..
