Hey there,
 
My level 2 machine factory says 1.0 in equipment's required quality. Does this means i bought Q2 machines for nothing? Not so Or it is the same as other factories (2,46) and it is just a display bug ?
 
Anyway if yes for the first question, if i buy tech level 3 and maintain the quality of supplies (i have the required: 2,46), while increasing employee qualification, will the product's final quality increase? How much ?

Not a display bug, yes buy tech level three, i think quality would be about 3.7
