A newbie question about "buy a license" button/feature. What benefits/disadvantage? How much does it cost?
Where a description of the form data (Competitive, Transient, Met the requirements etc.) can be found?

If you want to produce goods Q>1.0 then you should buy license/technology for your factory.
Difference between license and technology:
- license is usually cheaper
- you could introduce license only at 1 factory
- and technology you could introduce to all factories of this type

Low level(up to 5 lvl) licenses cost usually about 1 million and top(now it's 12 lvl) licenses cost about 1 billion.
Competitive: if supply price(green) is lower than demand price(red) then you'll buy it, other way not.
