Efficiency of your office is very low
Main office is not powerful enough to manage the regional enterprises (warehouses included) and maintain the advertising campaigns in the office and in regional stores.
Try to reduce office workload or increase number and/or improve qualification of employees.
Besides, you can try using computers of high quality.
I see this message in 3 of my offices while the other 5 offices are at 100% all the time, so I think I have a basic understanding of how to improve efficiency. I seem to be unable to fix the problem in these offices though. Computer quality is >5-7, employee qualification is way above requirements and it also says that only 1 worker is required and I have put in 20+ there already and the status always stays the same (I started at normal levels). So the suggestion made in this message to increase number and/or improve qualification and increasing computer quality doesn't seem to help, anything else I can do? (Top manager efficiency is 100% so my management skill is enough)
