Hi everyone, I have played for about 1mth and I have familiarized a bit with the game. So, I decided to restart and go to Profile -> Restart.

However, the system always says:
In accordance with the paragraph 6.3 of the Law №1 "About counteractions to speculations" you can start anew only once per one game move (one time between updates of game situation). During this move you have already restarted your game: if you really want to try again, please, wait until the next move.

It says so even if I check right after update without any restart. Is it a bug?

your company's assets exceed 100 mln, in this case a restart can only be conducted by the Administration. Are you absolutely sure you want to do this?
