I am pursuing a major marketing campaign at various offices that I own. How does advertising effect the 'work load' of office staff? Also, how can I alleviate the high work load for my staffers? Increase qualification level of staff?

The more expensive is the campaign, the higher is workload. You can reduce it by minimizing the expenses and increasing the marketing level (about 2-3% for each level). The increase of qualification won't help, however, you can increase your office capacity by equiping it with computers of higher quality, but then you'll need staff of higher qualification.
