I have question.. what does it mean "Index Salary" and what does it do? Same question to "Adjust according to the technology requirements" in Management > Employees.

"Adjust according to the technology requirements" means that HR adjusts the salary in selected factories, labs,etc. to technology requirement. For instance, if you have factory with tech 3 this will adjust the salary of workers that their qualification will be as required for that level of technology
 
I'm not so sure about "Index Salary", but i think it's very similar. If anyone knows this please tell us ;)

Average city salary is changes 2 times in game year, first week april and oktober. "Index salary" mean that the HR will change salary of employees according changes, make level of employees constant.
