I'm a bit confused by tenders at the moment.
 
I understand what is required for the contests, for the most part.
 
However, I am having problems understanding 2 parts:
 
1) It seems that you are required to be a player in the paid realm to be involved in regular tenders. Is this the case?
2) Special tenders require points to essentially 'bet' on the winner. If I was to do this, and enter a contest that I was the only participant in....Would I win any points for doing it, or would I simply get back what I won?

1) paid reals isn't requirement...you can apply for tenders on Lien and on Mary...the only requirement is that you have Management qualification 10 or higher.
 
2) you ''pay'' 5 points to enter and from those 5 points, 4 are transfered to potential prize. so if you are only one registered you only get back 4 points for winning

2. If there is only one registration for a duel tender, that player will get 5 points back.
 
"8. If the tender has registered only one party, he returns his 5 points, regardless of employee location, but only on condition that he was in overall rating (won some sort of place)"
