I willl be off for about 10 days beginning saturday with almost no comp access. Anything that I can do to not make things too bad here?

Nothing to do.
Your company will get just a little loss, nothing else.
Even TOP players (like Craminu, look to his company) can't do anything in this situation

You can send your stores, offices, factories, etc on holidays and pay 1/2 average wage, either zero supplies or cancel supplies.
 
You can also just leave things as they are, and hope your profit will be more, or at least equal to expenses, in which case you will come out ahead.

shut everything and only run your stores with dependable suppliers, when u come, u can easily invest in anything...
 
I think its the best idea, rather than sending ur employees to Hawaii Cheerfully
