What exactly do I stand to win after completion?

Make sure you taking good care of the qualifying procedure, then only look on the secondary issue like ranking.

It says "This procedure is automatic for the players with Management level equal to or higher than 5."
 
I am currently at management level 4 and there are 16 updates left.
 
This should mean that I will be disqualified from the contest on the next turn... Is that right?
