"Efficiency is really important for stores, it affects sales. "
Its very nice, but I asked about production
"By the time you realise your quality 1 product isn't competative..... than you will crack your head. "
Producing higher Q goods is just money - which most people have abundantly -, I mean you have to buy equipment and pay appropriate wage, thats it.
Usually it pays for itself in like 3-5 updates to invest in the equipment, tech and wages, so its just a decision to produce high Q goods, and then voila, you do so. Its not THAT hard.
"It is the opposite of awful game design. The game has to be playable by the masses yet still pose a challenge to experienced players.
Efficiency is the challenge. Anyone can make boatloads of cash in a game like this, not everyone can keep efficiencies and qualification growth high. "
Whats the point then to keep efficiency high, if you make way more cash by having it low?
Isnt it supposed to work like that you make the most out of your businness if you have high effciency?
In principle we play the role of a manager in this game. As far as I see we are supposed to use all the available resources with as high efficiency and utilization as possible to achieve the best results.
If you can achieve best result with next to zero efficiency then something is not working as it should, because this mean you dont have to care about efficiency to be successful. And so you can neglect a core element of the game AND be way more successful, then those who care to manage efficiency successfully
Correct me if I am wrong, but I fail to see, how its a good and intended game design |
